Welcome!

The burgeoning discoveries of neuroscience can revolutionize the way we do therapy, educate and parent our children, plan our society, and live our lives.  In the last ten years, theorists like Daniel J. Siegel and Allan Schore have gathered the gigabytes of information pouring from the research labs of the neuroscientists into elegant theories of brain, mind, and relationships. Now, building on these broad pictures, it is our work to apply these in every aspect of life, to have the joy of participating in the creation of a more awake and compassionate world.

  • Consulting with marriage and family therapists, social workers, psychologists, medical professionals, educators, parents, and others interested in incorporating the new brain science into their professional and personal lives.
  • Providing therapy with the brain in mind for clinicians, educators, and healthcare providers to experience brain-wise therapy from the inside out
  • Developing a series of trainings tailored to the needs and vision of individuals, agencies, or organizations.
  • Providing brain-wise trainings and consultations for parents, parents-to-be, and caregivers
  • Expanding attachment at both ends of the life span with play and art therapy for children and seniors
  • Supporting the development of a compassionate life through understanding the brain and practicing mindful living

"Bonnie Badenoch has written a fascinating and passionate account of how discoveries in neuroscience can illuminate patient-therapist relationships.  The integration of basic scientific knowledge with the daily practice of therapy promises to be revolutionary, as the awareness of the neural mechanisms of empathy powerfully boosts mutual care and understanding."
Marco Iacoboni, MD PhD
